The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and offers a sauna and swimming pool for relaxation. the staff is professional, friendly and provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. the breakfast has a wide variety of oriental and regular dishes that change daily. the rooms are comfortable with good facilities, like a business center and attractive offers in the restaurants.

Some guests would have appreciated occasional live music in the romantic restaurant.

Everything you might need for you vacation is here, we liked staff and the comfort. No complaints whatsoever with the hotel. The restaurant was located within 900 feet. Don't forget to explore Dukuh Pakis neighborhood...

We found The Avenue Lounge Bar to dine in 500 feet from the hotel. It is adjacent to the airport. Perfect for weekend. Relaxing base for your vacations in Surabaya

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The staff here are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcome drink. The service here is top-notch, with 24-hour room service and housekeeping making sure everything was always in perfect order. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, including a refreshing swimming pool, a spa and wellness center for ultimate relaxation, and a delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of food choices. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to popular malls and public squares. my experience here was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Better good music lounge and fast internet speed.

The breakfast was decent and had a variety of options. The bed was comfy and gave me a good night's sleep. The location was convenient as it was near to some tourist attractions.

The room was not well maintained. The floors were dirty, and the shower had low water pressure.

The view is amazing. I stayed at 22nd floor, no one can beat the view especially at night. Just like sleeping surrounded by ocean of stars and lights..

Fair room.

Extremly slow internet slower than a normal modem. When asked the staff why the answer was sorry many people use it. This is not an answer and a way to solve the problem.very bad coffee for breakfast poor choice of food for breakfast same thing every morning.

Location is quite good and near to restaurants and shopping area.

The gymnasium is not spacious enough and more equipments should be added.

They have free Internet access and built-in multi adapter that saves you the trouble of having to ask for one from the housekeeping or to bring a traveller kit.

I stayed at 1918. The shower room was not leak proof. So water seaped through the glass door and wet the floor.

Spent New Year's Eve in a comfortable hotel with nice amenities. Location was great for walking to nearby shops and it was easy to hail a cab. the swimming pool was lovely and there were good dining options on site.

The air conditioning in the room and hallway desperately needs maintenance. Staff were not always responsive to our requests for assistance and this detracted from our overall experience.

In my traveling life,I found the Java Paragon Hotel to be of excellent value in all aspects.I might be interested in renting an apt. in the residences if my business plans take off. My compliments to yourselves for running an excellent operation.
